ACC Solutions began in 1993 with one phone line and a belief that every call matters. Small businesses were losing customers to busy signals and voicemail — and a friendly, professional voice on the other end could change everything.
What started as a handful of operators answering for local businesses grew, call by call, into a U.S.-based team answering millions of calls a year for companies of every size. The technology changed. The promise did not.
We never set out to build a call center. We set out to make sure no one ever lost a customer to a ringing phone.
